Data Scientist
You build models that change decisions: demand forecasts, attrition and churn risk, early alert for students and patients, pricing and promotion response, with explanations the business can act on and measurement that proves the follow-up worked.

What you will do
- Frame business questions as models with a clear decision and owner
- Build and validate forecasting, classification and optimization models on held-out data
- Explain every prediction in business language and design the follow-up measurement
- Hand models to engineering for production, with monitoring and retraining criteria
What you bring
- Five or more years of applied data science in industry or consulting
- Python, SQL and the standard modelling libraries; sound experimental design
- Experience with time series, classification and causal or uplift methods
- Clear writing and the ability to present to executives
Nice to have
- Databricks, Fabric or Azure Machine Learning in production
- Domain depth in consumer goods, healthcare, financial services or education
