This policy explains how MJ Insight Service Inc. and MJ Insight US LLC (together, “MJ Insight”, “we” or “us”) handle personal information collected through this website. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent spam. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange follow-up conversations.
• To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to manage our business relationship.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above—generally no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless we enter into a business relationship or the law requires otherwise. We then delete it securely.

We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
